Nikki-Lyn Holm

Nikki was born and raised in Stratford, Connecticut. She went on to study communication in college at St. Petersburg College, and later worked in the airline industry for over a decade.

Nikki has been a resident of St. Johns County for over 14 years, and has never looked back. The people, weather and overall charm that North Florida has to offer, have provided a great place for Nikki and her family to plant deep roots.

Jenn B

Jenn joined the team in 2021 after a mutual connection thought that she and Nikki would be an amazing fit! Though she joined the team as the transaction coordinator, she quickly became so much more and became fully integrated as the glue that holds the team together!

During the day, you can find Jenn sipping coffee at La Peitite Bistro and in the evening she likes to enjoy a good Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir, depending on the season!

Tara

Tara has been a real estate agent for 2+ years and joined with a desire to have more flexibility for her family. Little did she know she would quickly meet her real estate bestie, Jenna, and they would become a thriving duo!

During the day, you can find Jenn sipping coffee at La Peitite Bistro and in the evening she likes to enjoy a Sparkling Roscotto.

Jenna

Jenna is a busy mom of two wild boys and has been a real estate agent for 2 years. She and Tara work together day in and day out to provide the best service to their clientele and always ensuring one of them (if not both) is always available to their clients. 

During the day, you can find Jenna rocking an orange cup because shes a Dunkin girl through and through! In the evening, she loves an ice cold Prosecco.

Jaime Frantzen

Jaime is born and raised in Washington D.C. and has been in NE Florida for almost 3 years. She is a licensed real estate agent and while she dabbles in it occasionally, Marketing is her true passion! She runs social media, creates websites, designs graphics and does whatever else the team needs from her! 

During the day you can find her enjoying an iced chai latte with a shot of espresso from Brass Tacks and after the kids go to bed she loves a buttery Chardonay.
